Summer is lurking around the corner.  Ladies, you know what that means: it’s time to get working on those calluses.  My feet have found refuge in soft, fluffy cushions (a.k.a. winter boots) for the past 2 seasons, they are now badly out of shape – it hurts.  I paid the price yesterday when I took a pair of virgin flats out for a workout walk around the block, and how O______o;;  Everything was hunky dory for that hour or two that I went for my stroll.

I paid the price about an hour after.

I went to do the laundry in the same pair of flats and the pain was actually crippling.  I just can’t wait for those blisters -____-;  These buggers have been spoiled for too long.  Diligence will be required for the following:

flats calluses

flip-flop calluses

NO PAIN, NO GAIN!

I am lucky that I have been able to avoid these ones for pretty much my entire life:

HEELS a.k.a. spikes of death calluses. Red is for blood.

Did I get too happy with those arrows?  No.. no, I didn’t.

Boys, you will never know true pain until you wear stilettos.
