Has anyone seen these ads on television? Ahem, DAY TIME TELEVISION! They make me cringe and laugh at the same time.
This naughty Santa thing is so gross and disturbing -_-;
Smiling Bob, you’d better put that shit away before you hurt somebody.

#23: Selene and Michael

WHOA, smokin’ hot couple.. nothing gets me going like the idea of vampire/werewolf/hybrid forbidden romance. As much as I really hate to admit it, I am a total fan of the Underworld series. I have only watched the Kate Beckinsale generation of movies, and I don’t really recall hearing anything good about Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. Would anyone want to watch it with me? I wouldn’t mind making it a rental night.
Anyhoo, SCOTT SPEEDMAN = LOVE. I have LOVED him since his Felicity days (J.J. Abrams, you can do no wrong!) - sizZZzzzle. I’m kind of sad that I don’t see him in more movies. What have you been up to, Speedman? I sat through 2008’s the Strangers just for him. That movie was pretty gosh darn awful, but I think it really illustrates my dedication.

Does anyone else think that Lipstick Jungle’s Robert Buckley can serve as a cheap imitation (“fan-ban”)? I definitely see a resemblance. I can’t take anything away from Buckley though, he is pretty hot in his own right.

eeeh?

#22: new Spock and new Kirk

.. not that I have any beef against Shatner and Nimoy, but I would be lying if I said that I knew anything about them. ZACHARY QUINTO AND CHRIS PINE, ON THE OTHER HAND………WUT WUTTTT: lovin’ it. This post is in honour of the Star Trek movie. WATCH THIS MOVIE!
Expect a more detailed post about my movie-going experience a little later.

#21: Juno and Bleeker

So I finally got around to watching Juno.. I KNOW, I KNOW, what took me so long? I really have no idea. It was such an awesome movie! It made me laugh, squeal and tear up all at the same time. I really had no idea that Jennifer Garner was in the movie. Anyway, I was reminded of how much I love Garner AND Michael Cera. COM’ON.. MICHAEL CERA IS TOTALLY AWESOME (and as for his role in the movie, PAULIE BLEEKER? Oh, what a name)! Was anyone else disturbed by that whole Mark (Bateman)/Juno sexual tension? HELLO?! She’s a pregnant 16-year-old!
Well, that is my incoherent post of the week! In my defense, I didn’t have access to the internet for the first while that I was back home, thus.. lack of posting.
Other miscellaneous bits:
- I’m still trying to find a job
- I’ve picked up sewing as a hobby
- I’ve decided to do some recreational reading
- This place drives my allergies crazy?
- I plan to watch a lot of movies O___o

Now that I’m done exams (AND UNDERGRAD, WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO – BRIEF CONGRATS TO ALL 09ERS
), I spend most of my days sitting around and doing nothing! (which is just fine for me) Forgive me for my lack of posting, I have been laying low. Anyhoo, can’t forget the epic couple. Seeing as how I’m sitting around re-watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy (an excellent way to kill time), I have decided to use it as inspiration
Therefore, this week we’ve got…
#20: Frodo and Sam

http://www.theargonath.cc
There is some SERIOUS bromance going on here.. bro bordering on ro, I do not wish to know O____o Not gonna lie, I’ve never finished a Lord of the Rings book. I don’t plan to either, seeing as how I’ve had many failures. I think this is one of the few cases where a movie has turned out to be better than the book that it’s based on – FOR ME, just an opinion. Mind you, I will never know for sure because I highly doubt that I will finish any of the books. It’s just my personal assumption.. please don’t flame me in elvish if you are a hardcore LOTR/Tolkien fan.
P.S. Whatup with Frodo getting all the credit? That really ticked me off! Sam is my homeboy!
P.P.S. Upon watching this again, I am reminded of how good Legolas looks in tights.
P.P.P.S. Entmoooooooooooooooooooooot ^___________^
